I'm glad the students enjoyed the tour. However, I really wanted them to meet both Regis Braathens from the weekly SL-newspaper, The AvaStar, and of course the AICR-guy, Kristopher Tenk. Just to show you examples of really serious use of SL.

But if the students happen to pass by this blog, they'll get to know anyway :-)

Ken, as the "managing teacher" i can def say that the students enjoyed themselves, and Im really annoyed that the quality and set-up of the computers in our teaching lab at ITU was so bas as it was. The students were cursing too, but thought you might like to know that, in order to make up for the failing computers, most of the time 2-3 students were sitting around one screen together watching what one avatar was doing, and sometimes taking turns in controlling it, so even if only 6 avatars showed up, around 10-12 students were "present" in SL for most of the time, up until the Duran-Duran dancing...:) - I myself on the other hand had around 3 computers, including my own, crash on me, so I only made a very short appearance, which Im sorry about, but it def seem like a fun tour you had put together, think you could easily redo it again (w people with better computers!)
